These Guys are Great!
We have been booking vacations through Charleston Coast Vacations for over 5 years - booking at least one sometimes two each year. Everything is organized and well managed. Their website is easy to use with plenty of info to help you make your vacation decisions. Their internal site for payments always works well and is easy to use. They have always been pleasant and helpful when contacted. The vacation homes always have the info you need regarding what and when you can or can't do things - like checkout procedure for example. The summer of 2017 put them to the test. The air conditioner went out (in August - in Charleston! Yikes). They sent a repairman that night. He found that parts would have to be ordered, and this was the weekend so parts would not be available for a few days. The next morning, we were moved to another property that was an upgrade to the original property. I pointed out to my grown kids who had pushed for us to use Airbnb that if we had just rented out a house, we would have been stuck in an 90 degree house for a few days until all was fixed. But because Coast Vacations is a company with multiple properties, they had the resources to take care of us, and our vacation went really well! We love vacationing in Charleston and Folly Beach and will continue to rely on this company as we know they will take good care of us!
