Charleston Coast Vacations by dunes propertiesReviews of charlestoncoastvacations.com

Best vacation in decades!

I have used Dunes Properties many times to make reservations for Charleston Ocean Front Villas. I have been extremely pleased with all interactions with the staff at Dunes Properties and will always use only them when scheduling my vacations at Folly Beach. I have also told of my friends about them.

This unit was perfect for our needs, we loved the balcony view and how close it was to the beach. The unit was clean and the kitchen had everything you could need for a nice vacation.

The whole process from asking about the place to securing it was painless and fast. The actual condo was amazing; modern, well-equipped and plenty of room.

Very modern furniture and appliances in a galley kitchen. We loved our view from the balcony and the proximity to the beach. I could hear the waves as I fell asleep every night. Also, the restaurants were in walking distance and it was easy to get to Charleston, so great location. No complaint and I would go back and stay in these condos.

Excellent location. Very clean, very friendly area. A lot to do and see. Not far from downtown Charleston. Will be back next year!!!

Documents were ready with key to house when I visited the office. Everyone was very friendly and assisted with documents. House was clean. Toilet in hallway should be monitored for constant running. MBR bed should have a new mattress pad and sheets that fit. Remove window treatments. Dusty and outdated. New chair in LR. Old fabric, appears dirty. New table and chairs.

Our 3 br condo was tastefully decorated and convenient to stairs, with a wider balcony than other units we’ve stayed in. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen was well appointed and bedrooms were comfy.
