Bought a pair of the AirFoams Pro V10 for AirPods Pro 2 and 1 [The Final Version] in large. they were way too small and fell out numerous times. contacted Charjen and they offered to send me a different pair. Never received and did not respond to my emails. Sick with Comply. Better fit and customer service.

I placed an order with part of it paid for by shop cash. We'll charjen canceled the order and would not reorder it for me. I never got my shop cash either which was $15. Shopnsakd the only way I could is if charjen either reissued it to me or replaced my order. Charjen refused to help me in any way. The rep couldn't have cared less. She ignored half my questions and requests as well. Such a nightmare of an experience. Thought I was going to be a long term customer of theirs but after the way this rep treated me I'll mkae sure me and everyone I know avoids this place at all costs.

Great airfoams products. But a bit misleading with the “lifetime warranty”. Also do not provide the option to submit a product review unless it’s 5 stars. I understand that they’re a small business and have obviously put a lot of thought and development into the products, but they need to be a little bit more honest about the support/warranty behind their products.

Do NOT buy from CharJenPro, and the tips for the Galaxy Buds3! They do NOT fit properly, are loose, and they stay in your ear when you pull your earbuds out. Charjenpro sent a new box with the same exact issue, and refuses to process a refund, they wont return emails, and their review section on their website is programmed to ONLY accept 5 star reviews. AND AFTER THEM NOT RESPONDING TO REFUND REQUESTS AND ME POSTING ONLINE, THEY BLOCKED ME SO PEOPLE DONT SEE THE FEEDBACK! Absolutely horrible company and service!!!

Product seems nice but unfortunately the Medium fit is not ideal for me despite using a Medium for my airpods pro 3. Company avoids exchanges behind a personal hygiene policy. Hence I finally went with Comply that offers a Guaranteed Fit Program. Where if you ordered the wrong size tips you email them back and they’ll provide correct size tips to ensure a perfect fit. Very happy with Comply product.

Even though Charjenpro is located in the US, the delivery to Europe worked perfectly. The customer service (Jenny) responded quickly to my inquiry and was really helpful and friendly. I was really pleased to the overall experience. What comes to the product, my first impressions of the AirFoams Pro are great. I highly recommend these for anyone who wants to upgrade the Apple's default ear plugs for AirPods Pro 2. I also received a Premium Ear Hooks -set for free!

I have several products from CharJen and find them all to be well made and of good quality. The MagFlött stands are the best I have used especially the recent Pro version which adds height adjustability. Their customer communication is great with prompt responses. Highly recommended!
