Package Not Received
I did not receive my package even though USPS marked it delivered. Emailed sender to inform them but haven’t heard back.

Demetrus chose not to opt for shipping insurance at checkout, where we explicitly state that we do not cover lost or stolen items should the buyer not pay the $2 for shipping protection. We would have appreciated more than one business day to get back to emails while getting caught up from the BFCM rush, but we understand the frustration. In these situations the package usually shows up a day or two later, especially as shipping carriers are experiencing high volume due to the holidays.

My new cologne go to!
They were prompt. You can tell they came from original bottle. Prices were good and they didn't have so many fragrances that you can't decide or have those very old fragrances. Plus they take paypal.

Great Experience
I received my fragrances in a timely manner. I ordered Pdm Althair and Louis Vuitton Ombre Nomade 10ml. Both smell great and was packaged carefully. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

Great prices and quick turnaround - No free samples though
Very streamlined process. Competitive selection and prices. However, I chose this over some of the other competitors as Dallas promised free samples with every order over the youtube channel. I ordered 2 niche 5 mls but did not receive any samples. Could have been a miss, or could be that they do not give out free samples anymore. Either way, the actual ordered products were fantastic and arrived securely in a timely manner.

Thank you for the support Umair! We do still offer free samples in orders but did run out during the BFCM rush. We have reached out to Umair and will send him some goodies on us.

Never received my product when I…
Never received my product when I reached out to customer was told after it left the factory it was out of there hands and I was left to trackdown tru usps and never got the shipment

James' package made it all the way to his local post office, was out for delivery and was marked undeliverable because the business was closed. James told us that we needed to call his local post office to arrange delivery, something that is out of our control. He could have grabbed the package himself at the post office but opted not to.
