Ordering was super easy and it arrived very quickly! I made a mistake on the delivery address and contacting customer service to get it fixed was super easy to! They responded right away and fixed the issue. Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had with a company!

Ordered from other "sample" sites. Chaos bottled their samples in glass. Giving them a more luxury feel in the hand and retaining the scent compared to similar sites that ship samples in cheap plastic vials with the scent seeping through the plastic. I was able to find scents that were unavailable at other sample sites. Hugo Boss Absolu for example. Keep up the good work. Hope your collection continues to grow.
