Chan LuuReviews of chanluu.com

Ordered pale blue small scarf . $10 for shipping. They sent a royal blue scarf I did not like. They expect me to pay shipping to send and return. Turns out the website misrepresented the color. Very difficult to deal with. Made it clear I would pay $20 for shipping if I returned. Lesson learned. $60++ for a color I did not order. Never again.

I just received the Santos necklace. There is NO WAY that all of the reviews for this necklace are so good. The stones are beyond tiny and the pictures are very deceptive. I'm guessing they don't have any pictures of the necklace on a person because you would see how absurdly tiny it is (esp. when you consider the price). And the other bad reviews are accurate. Chan Luu has no way to contact them other than email and there was no way to leave a review for the necklace to warn others. It's ridiculous for a company to be so non-responsive to their customers. I won't buy from them again.

I ordered a large bead bracket and it arrived broken. They sent a replacement which arrived also broken in pieces. There is no contact number, only an email. For the prices they charge, this is ridiculous

Could not post a review on their site. That should tell you something. Spent $130 on earrings. The picture was better than the item. They look cheap and are thin and not well made, If you are looking for pretty handmade jewelry, go to a local art festival and support a local artist.

Terrible Company in all respects. Highest prices, cheapest quality. horrific customer service, as they don't return emails. I spent $300 on a necklace and pair of earrings, BOTH broke by ONE week, disgraceful. Also, I found out they put entire amount on my Credit Card. I went through this select time payments thing for not.
