On August 22, 2025, I transferred 1,715 USDC to the Solana address provided by Changee. I then waited for several hours, but my transaction was not processed correctly. I then contacted the website's customer service, who asked me to use my phone to record a video to prove that I was the depositor. Then they said that there was a problem with the liquidity provider and asked me to wait. Then I waited and waited. Every few days I went back to contact the website’s customer service, and the answer I got was still to wait. Now, 17 days have passed since I deposited money to the Changee address, and the transaction still has not been completed. I requested a refund, but still didn't get one, and the customer service's response was very slow. Before this moment, I had sent an email to the website's email address, but it was still read but not replied. I suspect this is a scam, using problems with the liquidity provider as an excuse to make customers wait endlessly and steal your money.

On November 5, 2023, I submitted a request to exchange funds. To this day, my money is being held by scammers. They keep asking questions that have nothing to do with the exchange process and constantly come up with new excuses to delay the return of my funds. At first, Changee representatives claimed that their liquidity provider was holding the funds. However, I checked their address and found out that right after the exchange, my money was broken into small amounts and transferred to different wallets. Even though I have provided all the necessary documents and evidence, I am continuously being denied a refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and consider it fraudulent. I do not recommend using Changee to anyone!

On February 21, I exchanged DOGE for Bitcoin using this service. The service has blocked the funds and has been delaying solving the problem for more than a month. There are too many inconsistencies in this situation. 1. The transaction took a very long time and the status changed several times from payment from the exchanger and back to waiting for payment from me. Which has already caused me some concerns, because this does not happen automatically. 2. The first time, customer service responded that the transaction was not completed because they could not send the funds to the Bitcoin address I provided. I sent them a different address. 3. Then support voiced a new version about blocking my funds and starting some kind of internal investigation, despite the fact that Changee themselves admitted that AMLbot did not show any negative information. They asked to confirm the origin of the funds. I replied that I did not have screenshots of the exchange, since I carried out the exchange online, but I know for sure that all the funds were received using the FixedFloat service more than a year ago, and at the moment this service is not available. 4. Then I asked why my funds were not left at a temporary address until the end of the “investigation”, but were immediately transferred to another address? Support responded that my funds went to the exchange’s hot wallet, and they recorded a certain equivalent of my funds in a certain account until the end of the investigation. Those. my funds turned out to be clean enough to be listed on the exchange infrastructure and participate in trading. To my request to show the address with the recorded equivalent of my funds, they responded with silence. 5. Finally, the FixedFloat service itself, through which I received blocked funds, resumed operation. I will contact their support to confirm that the funds came from their addresses. FixedFloat support responded that since I could not confirm that I initiated these exchanges, they could not provide order information. BUT, if Changee contacts them directly, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO CONFIRM that the transactions for the listed trades were sent from their addresses. The question is, why didn't the Changee agent do this himself within a month? TOTAL Confusion about the reasons for the delay: first an incorrect Bitcoin address, then blocking by some agent. They did not leave the funds in the escrow account and did not in any way confirm the recorded equivalent of the funds. For a month, they did not ask for confirmation from the service through which the funds were received. Silence and standard excuses like “We understand your concerns, wait for the investigation to be completed.” Very convenient for delaying time and keeping the funds for yourself. 25/03/2024 The funds have arrived and the situation has been resolved.

The actual exchange rate was lower than the typical fluctuation for such a service. I won't be using it again.

Exchange gone wrong - no support? Attempted to exchange a large sum of crypto and after 2hrs and only 1 confirmation showing on the Changee dash I reached out to support only to be told, "It will automatically finish." This was very concerning as it was obvious the support tech did not bother to look into my transaction. I quickly found the block had been mined and all transactions were confirmed. Changee showed only 1 confirmation while Blockexplorer showed over 30. Again, I reached out to support and was told "We are having minor issues that have been fixed." Okay? If it has been fixed where is my funds? Support was continually very short and offered no advice. I received a total of 3 messages that added up to a total of 13 words sent. This is absolutely absurd and in my opinion, terrible customer service especially when we're dealing with the equivalent of thousands of dollars. At this point since Changee support has proven worthless I began reaching out to their Affiliates and was ultimately told they are having liquidity issues. Why could support not tell me that? Liquidity issues? This should be easily mitigated or at least planned for. It is now 5 hours later and I am still missing 0.06 BTC. Suffice to say, I will never use this exchange again. Those who read this should be aware that the Changee team does not care about your money - use a different exchange. Exchanges like this should not be allowed to operate. Get your act together. My hard earn funds are now in limbo and I don't have any information on if I'll be getting it back or what... Thanks for the excellent customer service, I hope someone enjoys $2,000.
