The website is pretty much a nightmare to navigate. The filter buttons are not helpful at all. And the selection was pretty poor as well. I was pleased with the prices on a few items. Good to hear about the website update. I will come back and check it out, and I'm pleased with the shipping discount as well.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the delivery wasn’t made as promised.

I ordered my college sports team logo but received the wrong size. I left a voicemail explaining the issue and received a full refund immediately without requesting it or requesting that the wrong item be returned. Great customer service!
