Worst Experience with customer service.
I purchased the XO championship belt, which is the WCW belt with the Weeknd logo on it in August. Got it shipped to me a month and a half late, and only after I emailed them to ask the status of the order, so I doubt they were e ever going to send it. Then I got it, and it was basically the WWE version of big gold after they bought the company, but with a big sharpie drawn attempt that a kid would do if they don't know how to hold a pencil while writing their name. I wish I could upload a picture. Anyway, I messaged them back to return it and for the next 9 days (because of the 10 day refund policy) they gave every excuse, run around and next belt discount offer they could instead of the refund I asked for. Then they got the belt back according to the tracking number and won't return my emails. Trash company. I'm happy for you if you get something of quality from them. Find out what other partners in the belt making community they work with and avoid them all. Save yourself the headache.
