Medication didn’t work and the provider was looking for a problem. Their NP was educated and rude. Beware of internet scams. My family cancel with them today.i will be turning them in today to the BBB.

Can I give ZERO stars? Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. On the phone for less than 5 minutes. I asked the representative to be patient as I looked for my prescription information. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me she was canceling my order. I asked for name and she replied “you don’t need to know” and quickly hung up on me. I called multiple times and left messages the next day and no one returned my call. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I found them on Groupon and thought I would try them since my previous Groupon experience was not great. This company only talks to you through text which I found weird. I told her/him that I had gotten the GLP1 product back in April from another company and it came hot and did not work for me, literally no changes. (also, a Groupon vendor) So I did not want to use them anymore. She/he texted me saying it’s the summertime, that their product would be shipped not cold as well. Long story short… she/he was somewhat rude and unprofessional. It was giving scam. She/He canceled, and I was ok with it and refunded me my shipping. I am waiting for my refund from Groupon. I looked up the refrigeration of GLP meds and this is what I got. “In summary, proper refrigeration of GLP-1 medications is crucial for maintaining their effectiveness and safety. Always consult the specific storage instructions provided with your medication and discard any medication that has been improperly stored”. I do not want to receive meds that are not properly stored. Look it up, it can have all kinds of side effects and one is it not working. I question who the Physician is that I was supposed to talk to and if he/she is even a physician at all. So, just beware and do your research on these Groupon vendors before you waste your time.

I cancelled same day. Your number is blocked, stop being rude to customers and passive aggressive. The person who text and who is most likely replying on Groupon loves being pathetic. I honestly concerned. Numerous people are cancelling because of this person or their process. My concern is that they have a HIPPA stamp on their website, I cannot confirm our details are protected. Part of the requirement involves updating Driver’s License, confirming shipping information and then requiring prescription details. Once the person cancels, how long is their information retained and how well does the company secure info? I’ll need to do independent research, but that is a main concern. Overall, don’t recommend.

This company only tries to get all dialysis clients on their plan at ANY cost. They don't consider what doctors they see outside of their dialysis centers. They wrongfully promise clients that everything will be the same and that it's not because their doctors aren't in the network. This is a vulnerable population, and stating things like "your Nephrologist [insert name] suggests you go on this plan" when that is not true is a form of coercion and should not be acceptable! Their customer service is also very rude and does not help, with any type of understanding they immediately become defensive and refuse to assist. I've had many clients call me complaining about Champion and how they have felt that they lied to them! Please do not go on this plan.
