I love this product

have bought 24 for myself & as gifts. they just work great!!

We have owned two of these openers for several years. I keep expecting each or both to break or become useless but they still perform flawlessly. When is use the champagne openers in front of friends, they always ask when I got it? Where can they get one? I told them I got them at a wine store several years ago. But couldn't remember which. This Christmas I decided to find a couple more for gifts for special friends and low and behold, I was unable to find this opener in any I visited. I complained bitterly and told them they were missing a very good product that should be in their stores. Long story short, I decided to search the internet and finally found the opener and ordered two. I and my friends were delighted with them and I plan to purchase more as gifts in the future. They are excellence and a great value. I would recommend the opener to anyone, especially when opening champagne bottles that have the plastic cork.

This is such an easy tool to use! I have one and bought several to give as gifts. Everyone was very pleased and excited to use it.

Easy to use for opening bottles if you have arthritis in your hands.

First I was so pleased to find the name on my broken Champagne Bottle Opener on the product itself. I returned the broken one and received a new one, just paying for postage. I then decided to buy a few more and give as gifts. They arrive in short time. I am very pleased for this company and it's service that I am going to show them to the stores I shop in for Liquoir and kitchen gadgets. Thank You!

The bottle opener came quickly and was exactly what I ordered and wanted.

When I was placing my order I made a mistake and ordered twice as many of The Champagne Opener than I meant to order. I sent an email to Champagne Products explaining my problem. I received an immediate message telling me not to worry because they corrected the number ordered to the amount that I intended to order. The order arrived in good condition. I have had the Champagne Opener almost 2 months now and really like how great up opens Champagne and wine bottles. I have given several away as gifts to friends.
