The chocolate melted before being delivered
The chocolate, which was a gift, was all melted when it arrived. We were not advised that the chocolate would not be insulated. It seems chocolate should not be shipped to states that are hot in the summer without insulation. The company did refund our money, which we appreciated. I would not be expected to pay exorbitant overnight shipping fees for an overnight delivery just so it can be delivered to a state where it's hot in the summer. Very disappointing.

The sender chose GROUND SHIPPING to Florida, when it's 98 degrees outside, rather than accepting the additional cost of overnight shipping as suggested. We package our products in insulated wrapping whenever it’s warm outside. However, we cannot control the cost ups send chocolate overnight so that it arrives still intact.We are not responsible for this, however we did provide a refund as a courtesy. Perhaps if the customer had elected to pay the additional shipping, the chocolates would arrive without a problem.
