Sizing way off, forced to pay extra customs Tax and Duty.
Their sizing is way off and much smaller as I compared with my regular shoes. The shoes are not very good quality and have a strong glue smell, possibly because the look like they are lined with pig skin (an opinion shared with another reviewer below). Furthermore, they did not put the true value of the shoes for customs and declared a much lower unrealistic amount. Customs found out, got the correct price from their website and I had to pay customs an extra $97 in Duty and Taxes. Now I have to return the shoes back to China at great cost.

About the size issue, you can return them for exchange within 90 days after delivery. Different brands will have different size standard,it maybe a slightly different. But according to our data, our shoes size chart is suitable for most of people around the world. If you are still not sure about the size, you could contact our customer service for inquiry before ordering. About the smell, it is because the shoes are very hot sell, shoes were packed and shipped once it was come out from production line. Please put the shoes in ventilated place,the smell will disappear after few days . Import duties can change according to each country’s customs regulations , it is out of our control. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. What we can do is try our best to lower the customs taxes. Hope you could understand.
