Chalk LineReviews of chalk-line.com

Excellent customer service !! I don’t say that about many companies these days but this company is awesome !! Not only can they make quality shorts but there customer service is second to none . I look forward to doing more business with this company . My name is Keith and thank you Chalk line for being excellent all around !!

When I ordered the Bret Hart retro shorts, I messed up and put my old address in the delivery details using the autofill on my smart phone. I emailed the customer service at chalk line at 2130 hours on a Friday night and got an immediate reply. The customer service team quickly changed the shipping address without any issues. I did not expect a reply to my email until the Monday morning at the earliest. Best customer service I have ever had.

I messed up and did not put my apartment number on my order, so the item was sent back to retailer. I was pretty mad (as I did not realize i forgot the apartment number) and contacted customer service. They responded within 5 minutes, maybe not even that long and immediately fixed the issue. They reordered my jacket for me (just in the nick of time as there was only one singular jacket left in my size) and were nothing but nice, speedy, and handled the issue with care. Big win for the Chalk Line customer service team, I’ve never experienced such fast and kind online customer service. Thank you so much!

Second time ordering from Chalk Line, and I'll definitely be back for more in the near future! Their jackets are absolutely AMAZING! Very high quality and extremely stylish and unique. Great customer service too. Highly recommended!

I made a mistake on my order when i picked the wrong size. They've been so helpful with my return. Answered all my questions promptly, super helpful. Which is good because i absolutely love their products. Amazing products and customer service. Keep up the great work 💪🏽

Great experience

In my first order, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted customer service and they responded within 10-15 minutes, processing an exchange for the correct size. Customer service 100%

For this was my first time ordering from Chalk-Line. The item that I wanted became available which is the Stone Cold baseball jersey. This is an awesome company that understands if there is a problem should one arise & are most definitely understanding, friendly & helpful.
