They will not refund me for the shorts I bought which look better online than they do in person. I didn’t even wear the shorts! Had to open a PayPal claim and now they state they can’t refund me unless I close my PayPal claim. Fraudulent return practices! Buyer beware!!!!

Horrible online customer service, they NEVER RESTOCK Items , they claim to have items in but turn around an only have one size available which is 5 sizes too big . When i asked a rep about getting my size in they were extremely rude had the nerve to assure me they would restock their catalog an it has YET to do so but steady release stuff “by popular demand” i guess my demand wasn’t popular enough

Soo disappointed by my recent exchange with ChalkLine. I had a faulty jacket of theirs from WWE which arrived in dreadful condition. Discoloured in multiple places, faded, clearly a faulty item. WWE told me to contact chalkline directly as they no longer sell the item and it’s a fault with how it was made and chalkline sent a thoughtless reply of how they wished they could help when obviously they could then ignored all other emails I sent them. I’ve got many chalkline item ranging from track jackets to shorts to vests but I can honestly say I will not be buying anything from them again. They didn’t even ask for photos or information of what jacket it was showing just how much they don’t care about customer service. Once items to look online but over priced and poorly made upon receiving then I am happy to speak to someone further and amend this issue or delete with review if someone from chalkline makes the situation right.

I’ll start off by saying their stuff in pictures looks like it’s great design wise anyway but that’s it. Bought a jacket off them which is way overpriced for what it was but thought it’s a one off and looks great, jacket came and the quality is worse than a knock off you’d find thrown together, fabric is cheap, stitching is shocking too. I messaged them to tell them about the product I got and sent on photos to show the poor quality and no response, people pay a lot of money for these guys jackets and whatever else and these hipsters really don’t care if their overpriced clothing is damaged once they’re making money. Really unfortunate how poor they are and how little they care because the products do look nice but you couldn’t be supporting a business like this who make such poor products and sell for stupid money.

I would rate this company a zero if possible. I have been a long term customer of Chalk Line for several years. I have over 12 jackets from them and had reccomended them to many friends. Over the past six months, they have been shipping out damaged product and refusing to own up to their mistakes. They are also having continual stock issues and when you bring this up to them on social media, they will ban and block you to ensure no negative comments are posted. After voicing my displeasure with my last order arriving damaged publically, they cancelled my most recent order as Fraud (even though it was paid for instantly through PayPal). Avoid this company as they are Fraudulent and refuse to assist with customer issues as a company should. All they want is you cash for their overpriced and often damaged jackets, and will refuse to assist once you have an issue.
