To say Chalk-Line is just a store is a complete an utter understatement. This place is like a toy store for those who are still kids at heart. The remembrance and quality of of details this store created in order for is to keep living our favorite kids or teen moments is beyond description. One more thing I have to add is that their customer service regardless of the situation will be close to perfection. I can say with an honest heart that they have gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are being met in every way. Unfortunately I have to give 3 stars and it's not even due to the product being defective or the wrong size, I just haven't received it. Everyone on the customer service side has been very helpful to me but ordering a product in February and STILL not receiving it by now is very off-putting. I hope to be able to come back and update with positive news. Finally got the package and it fits great, everyone I interacted with has been very professional and helpful. Definitely recommend.
