Hello, I am sorry to see you have rated our company a 1 star, however I would like to clarify a couple issues with this review. Mrs. Millers order was placed on March 10th, 2022. As stated on our website, we currently have a 5 to 10 business day processing time. It also states to please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery on international orders. I have included tracking information below. Tracking Number ending in 75US Your item was processed through our JAMAICA NY INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER facility on March 24, 2022, at 12:30 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination. I do believe considering the order questioned is in the time frame we state in our shipping policy page that this is an unfair review of our business. Best Wishes, Chakrava
