Great coffee. Customer service can use some work . They canceled my order without any communication.

Thanks Tt. You used a coupon that you were not eligible for, and we emailed you to let you know how to remedy the situation. When we didn't hear back from you, we cancelled and refunded you - with a follow-up email advising you of this.
