I contacted Certifix because I needed to find out about getting my fingerprints on an actual card that I could send to Nevada for my RN license. The team member was really helpful and helping me work through what needed to be done to get that card after I’ve already done my electronic fingerprints at a UPS store.

I received excellent service and very professional assistance. Although the system was unable to read my fingerprints, the staff was very kind and patient throughout the entire process. I visited two providers to have my fingerprints taken for an FBI background investigation, and in both locations the service was very attentive and professional. Easy & comfortable

I didn't realize that there was a 45 day time limit on the QR codes. My employee's code ran out before she could use it, and I was graciously given a refund. Certifix is always very helpful whenever I have an issue.
