We just recently completed our refinance with Certified Rate. We couldn’t be happier as the rates are very competitive and the service was superior.

I just re-financed with Certified Rate. It was a great experience working with them. It was very smooth and very transparent process. In this process I worked with Paul Giangrande, and he was very helpful throughout the process. Paul was always available, and he provided very useful information throughout the re-financing process. During process Pam also helped us, she was also very nice and quick in responses. Before re-financing I did a shop around, but I could not find better rate than what Certified Rate provided. More importantly, Paul was very honest upfront and he was very professional. I am really happy I worked with Paul and Pam.

Excellent service, excellent communication throughout the loan process. Also very low fees. Best rates by far compared to other mortgage companies. Even companies like Network Capital that promise to “beat any locked loan offer and rate“. I sent NC the locked offer from Certified Rate and they couldn’t come close despite their earlier promise. Paul and his whole team were efficient, professional, and most importantly honest. Would definitely recommend Certified Rate to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance.

Paul and his team were fantastic! Not only did they provide us with an excellent rate they moved us through the process quickly with few issues. I have purchased and refinanced several homes and this was by far the best experience I have had. I spent a week talking with various mortgage companies and in the end went with CR lending. I highly recommend them and have already provided their information to friends and family members!

From start to finish, Certified Rate was head and shoulders above the rest both in professionalism and friendliness. The communication was always great and the guys (Paul and Bryce) were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And no runaround! Example 1: CR always used actual, accurate numbers as opposed to sloppy and clearly wrong numbers from the other lenders (whether it be rates, points, loan fees, my escrow/impounds amount, or other calculations). CR always used the right numbers so that there would be no surprises later. Example 2: In contrast to CR's straightforward, full-disclosure way of doing business, another well known (I'm tempted to name them but I'll show some mercy) company's representative "somehow" talked to her supervisor and was able to cut loan costs/fees by $3000. Imagine that! That's either really awesome hustling out of great care for me, or really wicked opportunism by which she would have gouged me out of thousands if I didn't challenge her. In contrast, CR was up front with costs and provided options for me to make an informed decision. CR's experience showed in every aspect of our interactions: they knew their stuff, communicated it clearly, answered all questions, and were direct yet very friendly; and that inspired confidence throughout the entire process. In the end, they got me a better rate than initially presented (without sneaking in fees or points, which can be a worthwhile option, but not for me this time), and the whole process went very smoothly and quickly. The bottom line: I highly recommend CR Funding.

Honestly, the easiest and most efficient loan process I have ever experienced. It is probably due to the way they held my hand the whole way and provided me with updates regularly to ease my mind as we completed each task. Paul, Greg & Bryce are remarkably professional and excellent with their attention to detail. Thank you all very much!
