The program I subscribed to (Shopping list and base program) simply did not meet my specific needs and expectations, despite my best efforts to make it work. When I reached out to their customer support, I was met with a rigid and unhelpful refund policy that denied my request, even though I was still within the withdrawal period of 14 days as an EU citizen. While I understand the importance of reading the fine print and accepting the Terms of Service, it's highly frustrating that the company wouldn't consider my genuine dissatisfaction and circumstances. The lack of flexibility in their policy left me feeling trapped with a product that clearly wasn't suitable for my needs. I had hoped for a more customer-centric approach, one that values customer satisfaction and takes into account individual experiences. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I would strongly advise potential customers to be very careful before committing to this company, as their lack of understanding and flexibility can result in a frustrating and unsatisfying experience.

It’s scam site!!! I can’t cancel my subscription. Support services here send a standard message. Also they send me how to cancel subscription, but I haven’t any option to do it in my profile. They only take money in one click!!! People should know about this scammers!

Extremely dissatisfied. I made a payment and received an email containing ads. I didn't realize I would be charged on my card, and there were no terms and conditions provided. When I realized and tried to cancel, they said it wasn't possible because I had exceeded the time limit (only a few minutes had passed). I was left with my money gone and no product, no email with a diet or weight loss program. This is fraud, pure fraud. Do not subscribe, do not share your financial information. Their customer service only seems to send messages stating that you've accepted and should use the product, but there is no product... FRAUD.

It is nit possible to cancel your subscription, when you follow the directions that they provide: PROFILE => WEIGHT LOSS ACCOUNT => EDIT => WEIGHT LOSS PLAN => CHANGE and complete your exit survey. You get asked questions and no matter what you answer they will redirect you to your main page. This is fraud, not able to cancel on a easy way. I will go to court if i need to.

Hello First of all I must say I’m feeling disgusted by the owners of this cash-grab , My schizophrenic mother got an AD on Facebook and got interested in this “plan” (the ad was in Hebrew so she thought it’s local Hebrew plan” later she found out not only the plan is in English also everything is in English so I got involved to try help her cancel things it was a mess they require tons of unnecessary information to apply for a refund , my mother didn’t even open the plan because she doesn’t understand English … anyways , they rejected the refund for 1 simple reason “scam” they do not have any sympathy or moral towards customers it’s just a cash-grab so I asvise you all stay away and don’t waste your money it’s non-refundable.
