An absolute scam!
I cancelled not even 10 minutes after I was charged and then they refused to refund even though I didn’t use anything from them.

Assolutamente sconsigliato
Mi hanno venduto il prodotto, dandomi informazioni errate. Quando ho chiamato per avere spiegazioni, prima mi hanno risposto che era normale essere aumentata di peso e dopo qualche giorno mi hanno telefonato dicendomi che per vedere i risultati dovevo comprare altri prodotti. Sono terribilmente delusa dall’esperienza anche se ero scettica fin dall’inizio…ma un po’ di speravo.

Τhey are unacceptable, I asked for a refund because the program is difficult for someone who doesn't have time and doesn't know how to cook. I also changed some foods I eat from my profile and got exactly the same program. I do not recommend it under any circumstances

Devo dire che non ho ancora iniziato
Devo dire che non ho ancora iniziato, ma ho avuto una burrascosa telefonata con un incaricato dell'azienda che vende questo prodotto. Bene questo signore mi ha chiamato per dirmi che io ormai in avanti in età dovevo comprare altre pillole altrimenti quelle che ho già comprato non avrebbero funzionato a dovere. Al momento dell'ordine l'azienda sapeva già tutto di me e quindi il fatto di volermi vendere cose aggiuntive era già programmato. Adesso comincio, vedo quello che succede...........ma ho il sentore che tutto questo sia un colossale imbroglio. Mi rifarò vivo. Ubaldo Palanti

A complete waste of money
A complete waste of money, do not buy this plan.
I paid for the premium version thinking to get more than a bunch of recipies (which it's exactly what you get if you go for the basic plan) and the extra you have with the upgrade to premium is just some "advices" well known and usless. Obviusly you cannot get any refund (even though they say that there is the 14 days refund policy) if you don't get what you were expecting. Their answer is just: "the plan works, your request of refund cannot be accepted". I paid also for the personal nutritionist and all you get is some pre-set answers which indicate you how to use the app. I tried to obtain some advice for specific situations (very usual and easy) and they reply with generic answers and again with instructions on how to use the app. I complained about an answer they gave me and after a while I realised that they cancelled that part of the chat. Clearly there is no a nutritionist chatting with you as they can't give you specific answers. I am still waiting for them to let me know if they can refund me at least the personal nutritionist option as this is seriously ridicouls (they even put a picture with a name on the app for your personal nuritionist but you'll end up talking with a random person who can only tell you how to use the app).
