Before this app, I tried many others and none worked. It is a bit expensive for me but it is worth it. Recipes are easy to make and healthy, you can change the recipe in case you don't have ingredients for the one they offer. I am happy with my progress so far. It seems to be a healthy diet for life rather than a diet you just take and then gain the weight again.

Bonjour à tous !Ce fut une très bonne surprise d'avoir eu la chance de me dire "Bon c'est la dernière fois,on verra bien"Hé bien c'est la PREMIÈRE FOIS QUE JE RÉUSSIS à perdre du poids sans me priver, même souvent je n'arrive pas au bout de mon repas...le fait de devoir peser cuisiner de toutes nouvelles recettes avec des goûts nouveaux, expérimenter une autre façon de s'alimenter, je trouve ça super.J'ai des problèmes avec ma glande thyroïde, et les médicaments que je dois prendre pour ma fibromyalgie ne m'aidait pas... désespoir sur la balance,et retour au syndrome de la casserole...j'en ai fait des régimes dans ma vie..des pleins cahiers de notes....je bois beaucoup d'eau et c'est à vous que je le dois,car j'en avais horreur ! Et puis, franchement,12,90 euros par mois, c'est moins cher que 3 paquets de cigarettes !!!!Je continue le programme, jusqu'à la réussite du poids désiré.En tous les cas, merci d'être là pour moi et tous ceux qui ont besoin de vous.Je ne peux que recommander à ces personnes qui veulent perdre du poids que vous êtes sérieux, créatifs et près de vos patients,mille mercis à vous tous 🌻
