Do not use. Our couches were fairly new grey couches. Wanted to freshen them up. After they came I have brown stained cushions. Will dispute charges and take them to small claims for the damages

Please don’t use this company they are terrible I had them come in to clean and steam my sectional the tech tells me oh no they didn’t tell us it was a sectional when I clearly stated it was My sofa looked worst after they cleaned it had black stains when it dried look like oil stains there a rip off and have terrible rude nasty people working for them

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They picked up my rugs on 7/26 and told me the turnaround time would be about 7 days, two weeks at most. It has now been nearly three weeks, and I still do not have my rugs back. They do not proactively communicate with you. I had to repeatedly call them myself just to get updates and eventually schedule a delivery. They then confirmed a delivery window in writing, only to cancel again the morning of the delivery with another excuse and try to push it several more days. At this point, the experience has been completely unacceptable. They have had my property far longer than promised, communication has been terrible, and scheduled deliveries keep getting cancelled. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Worst decision I ever made! I now have a grease stain, wheel marks all across my rugs from dirty equipment, soaked rugs for 12 hours, clear spots that were cleaned, surrounded by dispersed dirty water spots. My carpets are white and barely needed cleaning.. they are ruined! I just wafted to freshen them up a bit! And now , no one will answer my calls! UPDATE: NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE IT IS A SCAM!!! PLEASE BE AWARE!

Do not use this company!! I had them clean out the dryer vent and they did not properly attach the vent from the dryer and it will,not work. They just give the runaround. DO NOT USE!!!!!

Very disappointed with this service. The price I was initially quoted was much lower than what I was later asked to pay, and the communication throughout the process was frustrating. Getting clear answers from customer support was difficult, and I felt pressured into additional services that were not fully explained beforehand. The quality of the work did not meet my expectations, especially considering the final cost. When I reached out to discuss my concerns, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend it to others.

On the day of cleaning, the guy shows up, and tells me it will be $550. I told him no way. He said because I have pets, they have to use special detergents. I told him I did not want the special detergents, just a basic cleaning like I scheduled them for. So then they said okay, basic cleaning will be $250. That's more than 3x what they told me on the phone! So much for their "special " I usually use Chem breeze for cleaning. I should've stuck with them. I only chose certified greet team because of the price they gave me when I called. Chem breeze where open and up front about their pricing (and also cheaper). Don't go with certified green team unless you like being bamboozled. I should've read the reviews beforehand. Don't even bother asking about military discount. They'll screw us active duty folks too. I ended up reporting them to the BBB. 1

The website promoted a Professional Dryer Vent Cleaning - $69. Upon arrival, the price changed to more than $300 because it was supposed to be a "DEEP cleaning". Another company came the next day and charged $79. Don't hire them.
