I already tried the migraine journal from CT and reviewed that. I thought it would be wise to try their supplement too due to the quality of their journal. I want to add that you don't need to worry about yellow urine from it because it's the riboflavin. This is harmless and actually let's you know you're getting the necessary riboflavin.
