Caleb quickly addressed and fixed a Bluetooth issue with my computer. Will be bringing my setup back when I need updates, upgrades, advice, or problem solving.

This will be my third review of Cerberus Tech in the past two years. The technician who has responded to my request for service at our home in Clayton has always been Caleb. The adjectives in the titel I gave to this review (knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and generous with his time) all apply to Caleb and cannot be over-emphasized. He has straightened out confusing issues with our computer, explaining in layman's terminology as he goes along. Because he is so good, he is also busy and can't always come immediately, but he is always worth waiting for!
