My CEP ultralight compression socks lasted one use. One sock developed a rip and a hole. I contacted CEP, the manufacturer, who sent me on a wild goose chase. They sent me to the European distributor and then back to the retailer. I sent photos of the hole and the receipt. The retailer sent me a replacement however they want me to send a picture of the sock cut in half or they threatened to charge me for the replacement sock. I will never purchase these CEP socks again!!

Les compre 3 pares de media. Una me la perdieron o ni la pusieron dentro. La otra blanca vino sola sin en envoltorio toda sucia y manipulada. Les escribi al soporte y basicamente me dijeron "una pena, suerte con el entrenamiento"

My running compression socks have ripped twice and when I post a negative review, they bury the review and don't post it. Don't believe the positive reviews on their running socks!

Order 1248 Placed order, paid extra for fast delivery, took an eternity to come. Eventually arrived. Item was too big. Email company. Had a response back from Wayne Clark. He advised to just post it back even though the website says they will send out a shipping label. Emailed Wayne no reply for days and still no reply. Ended up sending back via special delivery. Hoping I will get a replacement or refund. Not the best experience when you are paying for what is supposed to be the best on the market. Customer service isn't great. Just be aware you might also find they same issues as staff clearly need training.

Contact opgenomen met CEP voor slechte kwaliteit van de nieuwe reeks compressiekousen (zowel de calf sleeves als de reguliere sport compressiekousen). Beide paar kousen zijn gescheurd na enkele weken gebruik. CEP heeft hier geen verklaring voor en wijst mij door naar de handelaar. Dit terwijl zij de producten van de kousen zijn. Mijn advies: schakel over naar een ander merk van compressiekousen, want de kwaliteit van CEP is serieus achteruit gegaan.
