It was perfect time to bring CEO Finance Academy into our lives. 2. I don't even know how we operated before Taylor came into our businesses!! We have 8 businesses and no one to help us at a high level put things in order. My favorite new word is "Waterfall"! I was using a drenching:) system that was chaotic and unorganized and scattered. I’m a relatively new business owner having bought out a family member only a few years ago. We experienced a massively challenging first year of ownership, followed by unprecedented growth the following year. With more money flowing through the business than I knew how to handle, it felt like despite record earnings there was never enough left. Only six months later stress is much much lower and there is an end in sight where we can see how to take advantage of the growth for my own personal income. Not sure where to start because there is so much to say. Intake was fabulous, we felt seen and heard. Response times from staff are stellar, and the amount of actionable information far exceeded our expectations.
