I've had CenturyLink for a few years now. I experience daily interruptions of service. The 10Mbs I signed for, well, I'm still waiting to hit that speed. The best I've ever gotten was 8Mbs. If it weren't for the fact that they are the "only business in town" I would have dumped them a long time ago.

I called Century Link to make changes on my pkg telephone and Internet. I was put on hold for 1 hour and 25 minuets finally a person who then transferred me and I waited an additional 1 hour! I find this unacceptable for service they should be performing. Service they provide once you get the right person on repairs seem to be fine. That is why I rated 2 stars. If you call on service you need lots of time and a good phone for hold. Bill A
