I had horrible experience with C21 in Winnipeg. My name is Lydia Landel, C21 ripped me off $150.000 and more that I have lost and no one is able to give me answers WHY. Unprofessional, corrupted business CEO C21 you should know that. C21Carrie.com is responsible for everything. I came to the office to ask about my money. I got kicked out and brutally arrested for no reasons. I was asking in private to solve the problems since 2022. Guess how many problems they solved in 4 years? Zero - 0 The most corrupted business in my life. I had 5 properties, but I am homeless today. WHY CEO C21????

Sarah Negrych of Winnipeg Manitoba is a HORRIBLE AGENT. She barely responded to my texts, often leaving me on read. She was terrible for providing information and I felt like I knew more then her. It came to the point where we had to drop her as an agent. DO NOT HIRE HER as your agent you will regret it

My garage door's torsion spring snapped on June 7, 2026. The repair wasn't completed until July 22 — a 45-day delay for what the garage door industry typically treats as a same-day or next-day fix. Rather than repairing the spring, management approved a full panel/door replacement based solely on photographs from their own repair vendor, Heritage Garage Door — without ever sending anyone to inspect the property in person. I was not consulted or included at any point in that decision, despite being the tenant and the one ultimately billed for it. Three days after Heritage recommended replacing the panels, I had an independent garage door technician inspect the same panels. That technician found nothing wrong with them. I submitted two written disputes requesting an itemized breakdown of the charges — which I believe I'm entitled to as the party being billed — and received no substantive response to either. The $1,200 charge, split into twelve monthly installments, remains on my ledger with no itemized invoice provided to date. I want to be clear I've always paid rent on time and maintained this property. My experience is that a straightforward spring repair turned into a full replacement billed entirely to the tenant, approved unilaterally, and never explained in writing despite repeated requests. I'd encourage anyone renting through this company to document everything from day one and insist on itemized invoices before any charge is accepted.

We have just had the most appalling experience with Century21 in Dinan, Brittany. We had arranged to view 2 houses - not only did they fail to turn up, they failed even to apologise when we did speak to them - then they claimed to have cancelled the viewings, but I checked which phone number they had and showed them both mt calls and texts records, proving that they had not in fact cancelled it.

Brands by Integra under Century 21 is the property management company for my complex. Think you need to educate your property managers that it is 100% NOT out of line to question the actions of a board at an HOA board meeting. That is exactly where it should be done and is my right to do so if I have questions on how a member is using HOA funds I and other owners contribute to for his own personal gain. Also seems to be a blind eye is being turned to the regulations and rules of the HOA and special perks and benefits are being granted to a particular board member. Property Managers also have been unable to respond to the tough questions as well, since they ignore them. GREAT JOB Integra and Century 21! Definitely know which company to avoid when I sell/buy my next property It would appear to me that some of your members function in a shady manner and can't be trusted. I'll let my friends and family know my experience also.

I used Century21 to sell my Apartment.in Ratece.Eventually I used an agent called Klavdija Kavcic who was reccomended highly by Century 21.In 7 .months she managed to only get 3 viewings.On the last viewing she said the couple liked it and I said I would like there names for my own records.. She said she would share these with feedback straight after the viewing. I specifically asked for the names as the people who viewed weeks before them. She said she had no recollection of there names.Which i found to be very strange indeed. Therefore as I live in another country I doubted anybody ever viewed.I also had problems with another agent of Century 21 Marko Gornik who was going to sell.it for me first but because he was Unprofessional and made many other mistakes. It was agreed he would have nothing to do with the sale. He also advertised if for months behind my back.His Superior Dusan Lazar apologised on behalf of the Company stating it was just a mistake and he only advertised it that week He had advertised it for months behind my bzck.Century 21 I would not trust as far as I could throw. They eventually stopped advertising it just one month before the contract expired Klavdija citing I would not allow access to the Apartment anymore. I had mentioned it to Dusan if they found any suitable clients access would be allowed Klavdija had not bothered to check.I decided to deal with Dusan direct as Klavdija was full of promises she could not deliver They work on the basis that they give you a realistic figure you should achieve then Klavdija just tries to talk you into reducing the price for the only benefit of ever getting there commission. And for her not to bother to share the names of clients who supposedly viewed, she could not be bothered to share the names or give any feedback as promised..was just terrible on her behalf Makes me wonder was there any other viewings plus the people before she had no recollection of there names Absolutely terrible experience and such a very Unprofessional experience I had from this pathetic and useless company .Regards.Kevin

I strongly advise extreme caution when dealing with Century 21 Procasa Plus in Huatulco, specifically with Enrique Alcaraz Vázquez and Ilse Alcaraz. My experience involved multiple grave irregularities regarding the attempted purchase of a lot in "Las Fincas": Attempted Tax Evasion: After signing a contract for $700,000 MXN, the agency pressured us to officially record a fake price of $500,000 MXN and pay $200,000 MXN in "off-the-books" cash to help the seller evade taxes. Illegal Payment Requests: Despite admitting that the land was legally blocked by Catastro (making it impossible to deed), Enrique Alcaraz pressured us to transfer full funds anyway, offering no legal protection for our investment. Withholding Funds: Even after promising a refund in writing (Sept 9, 2025) due to their own documentary failures at Notaría 95, they have refused to return our $35,000 MXN deposit or pay the contractually mandated penalty. I have full audio recordings and WhatsApp logs of these illegal proposals. A formal complaint has been filed with PROFECO and Century 21 Mexico Corporate Legal. Save yourself the legal headache and financial risk—avoid this specific office.
