Hello, Thank you for providing your feedback. We always strive to maintain a supportive, respectful, and stable environment for all of our clients, and we take all reports regarding staff interactions seriously. We would like to clarify the events leading up to the termination of your account. Your services were permanently canceled because you were found to be running a malicious bot on our infrastructure. This is a severe and direct violation of our Terms of Service (TOS). We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding malicious software to ensure the safety, security, and performance of the network for all of our customers. Regarding your interactions within our Discord community, our team communicated multiple times that the downtime was part of a planned migration away from an unstable datacenter an update that was announced well in advance to improve overall service stability. When our staff and other community members attempted to assist you and de-escalate the situation, they were met with hostility and profanity in both public channels and direct messages. We welcome constructive feedback and are always happy to support our clients through proper channels, such as our ticketing system. However, we do not tolerate the abuse or harassment of our staff or other clients. The timeouts issued by our executive team were standard moderation actions taken to maintain a safe and respectful public environment after multiple warnings were ignored. We stand by our team’s handling of this situation and our decision to enforce our Terms of Service. Hi there. Unfortunately, this review comes from two frustrated client(s) who failed to recognize the plan that they've purchased. In this case; the plan purchased happened to be the Starter Plan under the Budget VPS option using 2GB of RAM, alongside 2 vCPU Cores. This plan is intended for testing and basic development environments that are not deemed resource-heavy. This was not acknowledged by the client(s) after countless attempts to explain that the service of which they purchased is not intended for heavy tasks, and resulted in major forms of disrespect to our team members. Following the event, the client(s) were blacklisted from our service in complete (Support Tickets, Service Orders and more) due to threats of "doxing" members of our team and an attempt to release private information such as personal addresses, emails, phone numbers and more. We stand by providing quality services and have had zero issues with any other clients in regards to performance, however this client did not once reach out to our team prior to help guide them to the best service plan for their needs, instead, they took matters into their own hands and ultimately harassed our team throughout the course of 3 tickets due to their mistake of not comprehending what our support team informed them of. We encourage all potential customers to make a ticket if they're unsure what plan would work best, and try out the plan(s) that we recommend for your case of use to ensure the most optimal performance possible under any condition. Hi there. Unfortunately, we don't recall you asking for a refund. I reviewed your account, and it seems like you purchased a service, and within 10 minutes, you submitted a termination request for your service. I opened a support ticket with you labeled "Important Information regarding your recent VPS Purchases" - Reference Number #OSA-095854 and asked the reason for the cancellation. There was no response or view of the support ticket I submitted to you. Please acknowledge that we do not automatically refund payments if you submit a termination request; the refund request has to be made through a support ticket request, and we will then issue the refund. However, in this case, there was no reply or request to receive a refund. Both of the services you've purchased from 04/24 - 04/28 were terminated almost instantly after purchase by you, so I'm not exactly sure what the intent was however you could've reached out to the ticket that you were notified via email on and personally asked for the refund, we would have had no issue doing this. Our response times during business hours are almost instant, we strive to provide the utmost support to our customers, however, there are occasions when our support may be unavailable or not at their desks at the time of ticket creation, this is why we clarify in advance to allow our support time to respond and they will promptly help you come to a resolution with any concern you're facing. Upon viewing your service, you currently use our "Platinum Snail" Plan, which uses our Game Panel Services. The hardware hosting this service is an Intel Xeon E5-2690 V4 @ 2.80GHz. It is not considered a Premium Service by any means and offers you shared hardware across many clients, it is not dedicated to one individual therefore it will not provide the best performance in the galaxy. We highly encourage you to try out our Premium Ryzen Servers if you require more favorable performance. Considering all the factors, we have not heard much feedback in terms of bad/degraded performance with our Game Panel, even though it is a more budget-friendly service provided. Hi there, sorry to hear you feel this way. Although, I'd like to clarify that we Rapid Hosting LLC, and any involved parties, associates and friends are not associated, condone the use of, or distribute any form of leaks. As far as the communication we gave as far as the issues you brought to our concern, we offered the utmost respect to you, alongside offering our volunteer support to assist you directly with the problems you faced. We gave you written guides, alongside visual guides from multiple sources, however, you still encountered issues that no other customer has faced with us. We're extremely disappointed to hear that you expected more staff benefits, as we already supply our staff with great benefits for their volunteer-efforts. Pricing was adjusted and we let all of our customers know in advance as far as our Ryzen VPS'. Our recent change on August 8th affects all other categories and all customers were notified 12 hours after this pricing change, this way it allows you the needed time to adjust your server's plan, ask questions as far as invoices, and plan properly. Regarding the staff benefits, coupons, and more that you used in your services, maybe there is some sort of confusion, though I'll clarify. Once we remove an employee from our team, all benefits get removed including any monthly fees that were voided due to you joining our team and receiving these benefits. We provided all the support we could've possibly given, but the client still felt a large amount of frustration. At any time you were actively a customer with Rapid you had the ability to follow-up, ask questions, and be patient for a response. Our active business hours are 9 AM-9 PM and we operate fully remotely. Alongside this, we have daily tasks and family to take care of, which all of our customers understand. We cannot give voice chat support when you request as it depends on our scheduling and if any tasks are being undertaken.
