Its was okay
Kim was a good mediator, and she did initiate the conversation but the timing and the issues at hand were not really addressed and that could hinder the agency ability to be open in 5 years if we aren't planning for months from now. The plan can only succeed if its in the best interest of the agency and if the issues addressed are in a timely manner. It was a good start but for true future planning some things need to be reprioritized.

Thank you for your feedback! Your leaders brought me in for the future planning, not immediate restructuring. It sounds like you wanted to focus more on the immediate needs. The ask for me to come in was specifically for long term vision planning. I will keep this feedback in mind to ensure leaders and I do better pre-work with team on expectation setting for the specific workshop to ensure expectations are accurate before going in.
