Charged for things I didn’t need
Sent the gear back they charged us $2500 for.. there are 5 other vendors out there doing Centralite programming and upgrades for a quarter of what this guy is charging, do yourself a favor, do some research first and call someone else.

Hi Mr. McGhee, for the record you are not our customer. We pride ourselves on helpful collaboration with integrators such as yourself to assist our customers with their installs. I am sorry you did not understand or agree with the direction provided. We cannot tolerate the threatening and abusive language, but if the customer would like to work directly with us he can reach out to our office manager.
