server arrives 5 days later, has bad network and they dont refund your money, i purchase on day 28 was delivered on day 2 , first was the new year excuse then was the network setup excuse...and for bad network theres no excuse as you failed to provide within 3 days your police doesnt apply to me, lets see what paypal has to say about your bad service

Hello, Your server was delivered in our typical timeframe of 1hr - 3 days. You also opened a ticket telling us about a issue, then immediately opened a PayPal dispute. This gave us no time to try and work with you to resolve the issue. Our TOS (which you agreed to when signing up) states that we are able to give a refund within 3 days. This is up to 3 days your service being provisioned. You had plenty of time to give us a notice about any issues, but failed to.
