I am a researcher in the social sciences, with a focus on disability in the workplace. I was very pleased to see both the interest in our topic and the expertise and speed with which our Centiment colleague was able to create an appropriate survey for our purposes.

Eric, from Centiment's Denver office, was very knowledgeable and supportive. I had multiple phone (over the course of several months) calls to discuss the project and the requirements for my dissertation and the interactions were always pleasant and helpful. The company reviewed my survey, did a soft launch to ensure results aligned with my expectations, and data collection process was prompt. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Centiment for those needing data collection help when working on a research project.

This was our first time working with a company like Centiment. Ramsey was our point person. He made the experience great! He was able to answer all of our questions and explain in detail what we needed to do on our end to make our survey the success it was. We will definitely use their service in the future!

I've used several survey platforms and actually used to work at SurveyMonkey and I can confidently say that Centiment is a much better product overall. Why Centiment Stands Out Ease of Use: The interface is much more intuitive and user-friendly than SurveyMonkey, making it faster and easier to design and deploy surveys quickly without any steep learning curve. Advanced Features: Centiment offers most of the advanced features I need (i.e., carry forward, etc.), but I did want to rotate sections that is not possible. Look and Feel: SurveyMonkey's UI is just ugly and outdated. I always try to spruce it up, but it never looks good because the spacing always feels off. Centiment is nicely designed in default. Good font and polished design. Support: Eric was super helpful. He made a video with his suggestions which was so smart. He also was very responsive, which I appreciated. Whenever I’ve had questions, he responded promptly and with thorough helpful responses. Don't even bother to email SurveyMonkey as it takes weeks to get an answer. I wanted to add to my review because I just discovered a seemingly small feature that is such an amazing time-saver. With Centiment you can select: "Copy Survey Questions": And it copies your survey questions and options to the Clipboard. Then you can paste them in a google doc, Word doc, or Spreadsheet. If you have used SurveyMonkey, you will know, this basic feature doesn't exist. So you can print a pdf of the survey, but if you try to convert that pdf to a word doc, it's all garbled, so essentially you have to manually recreate the survey if you want a codebook in a word doc. Props to Centiment for this seemingly small feature, but huge time saver. This is AMAZING! Everyday I find new features I love in Centiment.
