It was good for awhile now left leg is hurting again and burning at night

I was impressed with the speed of the procedure and the efficiency of the nurses, doctor and clear preparations instructions for the procedure. However, I wish they would have given me information I asked about in the recovery ward. I asked the nurse a question and she said they didn't give the patient any information because of the sedation used. Likely that I would not remember whatever she told me. When my husband asked, the person told him all the information was in the folder in the envelope. Also, I was concerned when my monitor kept beeping and started flashing. Then I realized there was no way to let someone know. The doorway into the procedure room looked like a garage door. Once inside it was very cold. Was it converted because it felt like a regular garage temperature in the cold.

The exam (ultrasound) was painless and thorough. My session with Dr. Soto was instructive and beneficial. She listened and gave good recommendations. The follow-up when I received my compression socks was lacking however. I had to make an appointment and expected to receive some instruction on how to use them. Instead, the front desk receptionist had me sign a form and handed me a bag containing the socks. She said I'd receive an email with a link to a video with instructions. After several days, I did receive an email, but the video was for a different category (thigh high) of socks.

I appreciated the check in and doctor meeting. The wait was really long and I wasn't prepared to have to do another ultrasound. That would be great to know ahead of time. My hope is to feel better. Im waiting for a follow up in 3 months.

Dr. Featherstone is who I see. He and his staff are nice and knowledgeable, along with providing care to and for the patients they have.

The employees were polite, professional, and the procedures weren’t to long. I was able to make an appointment when needed.

After eight procedures, my pain and swelling have improved substantially but not completely. Since it will not permit me to change the date, I will put the timespan of my treatments here. I had eight procedures from December 2024 through September 2025.

The office staff and doctors are very nice and helpful.
