I had a visit at your office and called to leave a message or speak to Dr. Eddie Hernandez. Noone at your office responded by calling me back or by e-mail. that is very unusual for an office in which I spent at least 2 hours being tested.

The people were nice but as for the procedure, I was VERY disappointed on how the staff handled it. They never mentioned what was going to take place during the process. (I was petrified and in tears) I feel that they should have explained what steps they were taking PRIOR my experience. I did not know what questions to ask before and they offered no assistance since the procedure was not explained. I will not recommend them to anyone unfortunately. I hope that I don't need a follow-up visit because I'll suffer with the pain instead of going back.

I was disappointed. The wait was long, the appointment was rushed, no advice except sock received, complains were dismissed, time spent with the doctor literally was three minutes! I was disappointed on the phlebology knowledge level in general the doctor had, she did not provide me with any recommendations in regards to widely available on the US market treatments, such as phlebodia 600, diosmin, etc.

Unfortunately my appointment was in the middle of the practice changing specialists. While the staff was friendly, the wait, communication and overall service was poor. My two appointments were disappointing but I am hoping that by the next appointment, the office will have worked out the kinks in their system and the location will be more organized.

Staff was great, Dr. was arrogant, would ask a question and would either not listen or look at me like I was lying too him? I am too old and too seasoned to have to put up with somebody I am paying to be mistreated!!! Will not be going back, and even cancelled my follow up appointment!!

Skip this place, find another way...Very hard to get an appointment or talk to the office. Extremely painful

The visit was fine....everyone was very nice....only issue was they set me up with multiple appointments and said they would get pre-auth from my insurance company for would be a very expensive procedure out of pocket.....I made the appointment 4 weeks out to give plenty of time.....never heard from them and 2 calls to the "central office" were never followed up with.....called my insurance company and they have no record of any correspondence with them.....needless to say being in the medical field I am disappointed in how this has been handled....I will be cancelling my appointment and going elsewhere.....not going to chase them to get an answer

The billing is a disaster. They don’t give adequate explanations, therefore hindering reimbursement of flexible spending money ... explanations given are inadequate.
