The Dr made me feel like I totally wasted my time and why was I there. Will never go back nor refer them.

The doctor was uninterested, spoke down to us and was downright rude. Liao was virtually useless. Considering he was recommended, we expected much more. Better off going to a doctor with real credentials from a reputable medical school. Stick to varicose veins and leave real medical issues to the pros. Little man, big complex. Two stars because his staff was kind and apologetic for his behavior.

Came here for a first opinion for my spider veins. I felt I wasn't listened to by Dr. Shah or his assistant--although the tech who did my ultrasound was lovely. Dr. Shah told me I should stop weightlifting and running altogether because he thought my superficial spider veins were of bigger concern than my mental/physical wellbeing, I guess. I wasn't too happy with the "you're-doomed-if-you-keep-exercising" diagnosis, even though the ultrasound showed I have absolutely zero reflux or venous insufficiency... My veins are just caused by genetic factors. I went to Vein Clinics of America in Exton for a second opinion and loved the office. Everyone made me feel super comfortable and listened to. The doctor I met with was transparent about the treatment process and she said the benefits of weightlifting far outweigh the "risk" of getting spider veins from it. I decided to go ahead and get sclerotherapy for cosmetic reasons through VCA. Happy with my decision.

Doctor did no exam . I have a very swollen right leg and his assistant told him there was no swelling and he believed her without checking on his own. Since then a chiropractor and general practitioner have been very concerned and are sending me to cardiologist.

The doctor was so apparently acknowledging that I’m obese, but until you understand where I came from don’t assume everyone history is the same. I think I’ve done very well for me and I don’t put myself into anyone’s category. I will never visit this doctor again. Just plain rude, uncaring and without feeling.

Not thrilled with the Physician’s lack of concern or compassion for my problem and his response, “I can’t really help you.” Made me feel that if vein procedure was not an option, he could care less. Would certainly not recommend his practice!

I felt like that the doctor was just thinking I was there for cosmetic surgery that’s not true. I have severe leg pain from my jobs of standing on Concrete and wearing steel toe shoes work for years, most of my life. I just felt like he didn’t take it seriously!

The doctor came off too arrogantly!
