This is a factory like set up. Procedures performed without given understanding of objective. Facility is below average in comparison to other similar systems. People are nice but treatment was very impersonal. I discovered that the treatment plan given was unnecessary for most part when I sought a second opinion with an established network. I would not recommend this to anyone. I also learned that the attending physician doesn’t specialize in vascular medicine.

I had appointment the only thing they told me the first time was i had fluid only leg the second time I set in the office no doctor came in the room at all my leg has been hurting since May 2024 I call the office it like a relay no one return at all I have in pain every day from May up to now wow is that good service I will let my Insurance company no about the service and that I am still in pain 8 months now

By doing a fellow up to make sure the patient gets better service at your clinic and not wanting for the patient to contact you.

I had a severe reaction to the " glue" that was injected into my veins. My Dr. Was away on vacation in Aruba. He did contact me. However it was suggested by my insurance company that I contact the office and request an emergency appointment before my next visit. However when my insurance company called the office on my behalf with the reason why she was told that I couldn't get an appointment any earlier. I waited out the 2 weeks and went back to the office. I am so disgusted with the group in the office. One of the ladies that answers the phone or sits at the desk when you come in has an attitude and appears rude at times. While not everyone in that SW office is unprofessional.. the few that are give the place a bad name. I would never recommend that place to anyone.

I called several times to schedule the next appointment/plan for procedure and they never called back this went on for two months I finally gave up and moved on They decided to call me back 5 months after the initial appointment

The worst experience - they dropped the ball on sending things to my insurance and tried to lie about it. They finally admitted their error which pushed my procedure date back several weeks after they were rushing me to get things done on my end. Even after the error was found, they still failed to communicate with me once it was approved by insurance and I had to find out from my insurance what was approved and what wasn't. No one bothered to call me to explain anything so I canceled all appointments. Do not recommend.

Dr.Satwah was horrible. I ended up not getting the procedure done. He was going to do something he did not explain and was very rude when I said that’s not what we discussed. He yelled at me and followed me to the front and was very rude and loud in front of other patients in the waiting room. Also my 1st day there he was talking very nasty about another patient to the front desk person. He has no bedside manner. I will never use him. He called to apologize, but he was sincere. I believe he called because I reported him. I don’t want my name displayed because I trust no one when reviews aren’t good, but you all need to know how the doctors treat the patients and staff.

Stop sending review requests
