The nurse was really sweet and kind!

I would like to compliment Dr. Ruth and his entire staff at both the Hamilton NJ & Freehold NJ offices. My both legs were sore, tired, and I was afraid my veins would rupture. Thanks to Dr. Ruth and his amazing staff, my legs feel and look much better, and I can do my yard work, and not worry about bleeding. Dr. Fonger has an extremely well trained staff. They know the steps for each procedure and follow them to the letter. All staff was very polite and made every effort to let you know what was happening and what to expect. There is no one better than Dr. Fonger. Thanks to him I finally have my legs back.

Letter sent to COE Sanjiv Lakhanpal Pres.&CEO I recently had vein restoration at your Center located at your Forbes Street office in Annapolis. I wanted to complement your staff at this site. Before I begin my letter, I want you to know I served in the United States Air Force and in the civilian community as a Healthcare Administrator for 36 years. So, I believe I have a good idea of what professional care and customer service should be like in the treatment of patients. I was impressed with your entire staff at this facility. I just completed my first round of care with a follow up next month. Dr. Sean K. Stewart, my provider, really is a dynamic practitioner added to his wonderful friendly “bedside manner” from the moment he enters the procedure room and until he departs the unit. He carefully explains each step of the overall plan for next weeks ahead and what he is going to do that day. During the procedures he alerts you what you may experience with each invasive step that may cause a slight pain that you might expect. This communication reduces any concern you may have during the procedures. I never faced any pain at all. At the conclusion of his procedure, he addresses any questions you may have – there is no “brushoff” with a quick exit from this physician. I also want to add, each of the support team members in the procedure room are efficient and very courteous. They ensure you have no post-op issues as you depart to the dressing room. Your entire staff greets you with the smile even in the hallways in the adjacent areas. Here are some members of the team I want to specifically recognize. On my first initial clinic visit, Lauren Usilton (NP) convinced me the vein procedures were necessary to prevent any future medical issues – those vein disease pictures are worth a thousand words. My compliment also goes to the wonderful front desk staff, Kendra Marvel and Amy Bostic, who greet you with a warm welcome the moment you step in the office. They ensure you know your next visits, plus always were helpful in getting me settled in the dressing room area. Also, Chrystal Duncan was one the procedure room staff who was really so helpful and takes care of any concerns or questions you may have pre or post op. Please convey my appreciation to your entire staff on my care at your Vein Clinic.
