They could of explained that I couldn't receive treatment there . Instead they ran tests and told me the exact same thing I already knew . The whole purpose was to receive treatment . Instead I feel my time was waisted and furthermore I feel they forced a ultrasound just to get paid for it , when in general they could of used the same chart from Saint Mary's hospital . . They literally waisted my time with coming there . She could of explained on the phone being that your already being treated we can't do anything else . . .

This place is a joke! They are very anxious to get you in to schedule procedure - but that is about it - no communication - I had to call 800 number day b/4 my procedure to see what, if anything, I needed to know to do before (do I need a ride, etc)?! They will send you a ton of txt & emails, but try to get someone on the phone! Also, I wish they would have told me how painful & swollen ankle & foot was going to be. Nothing! Had a wedding the next weekend and could not fit in any shoes. Wanted to wait to do review on actual procedure results - 2 months out from procedure today - leg still hurts & veins looks worse! Also, on your first visit they will sign you up to get Compression Stockings - just get the prescription and buy your own - insurance did not cover and they were $80! All in all a bad experience - would not recommend.

I didn't notice any change. The varicose veins are dark and one of them is a little painful.

The intake was great. The exam and results may not be accurate or missing data. I disagree with the final assessment. My legs still hurt and feels like a tightening or drawing up pulling sensation. I know we are not perfect humans and errors do occur. Respectfully,

The staff was great, the physician not so much. The physician was belittling, rude and would not allow me to express my concerns.

I was handed a piece of paper with instructions as to what I was supposed to do. No one explained what I was supposed to do or how. As a senior citizen, I needed help in understanding what I was supposed to do. More personal attention was needed. Mary Suzanne Costilo
