The office was not in the best condition. The office staffing is insufficient. The office phone in NJ is answered by someone in Maryland. I called many times ( at least 4 different times on different days). The Jersey office never answered but people from various states answered saying they would relay the message. I never heard back. I have moved on to a local, personal practice.

It took three days to fill a prescription. Several visits to pharmacy and several calls from me as well as pharmacist.

When I had my first visit I was under the assumption that the nurse said the doctor would be right in. So the second person I saw said she was going to do an ultrasound in the office and talk with me after. When she came back she said the ultrasound read that I had a vien in each leg that needed a minor procedure and a vien in each leg needed to be removed. She said it would only take 5 minutes to do one leg and I could schedule the next procedure for the following week. She said I could drive home and walk as much as I wanted. When I came in for procedure I was told a totally different story. I never met the doctor I saw!!! He said procedure was totally different from what I was told. I left without having anything done . I will not be going to that vascular doctor again.

The office is barren, as though they will need to fell n the middle of the night. They also cut my vein badly and placed eight 4x4 gauze pads over it due to the bleeding. It bled so bad that my slacks were blood soaked, and my shoe was filled with blood. When I called their office, I was told "put a band-aid on it". If I could have, I would have up lorded some photos of their screw-up. Bottom line, they did nothing for me, made No corrections, didn't help mw with Any of the issues that I went there for in the first place. Only one who had a benefit was the vein center. They collected from my insurance company, which is the only purpose for opening the office. Note, I do have backup for what's within my post.

Everything was well until I got a call from a bill collector saying I owed money. I didn't receive a bill for what they asked for. I paid the bills sent to me and I am on a payment plan. Appears they are charging me twice on separate bills.

I felt like I was not heard, and was shown no concern. I had terrible swelling and pain after a procedure . Tried to contact the doctor and was transferred from one person to another. Repeated my situation to everyone I talked to and was finally just told to come back to my next scheduled appointment. When I returned to the doctor for my next scheduled procedure he didn't know anything about it. I was only corraled right on through for the next procedure that I told them was not being done until we found out why my last one had went the way it did . I was told that sometimes that happens and rescheduled to come back and continue procedures. I will never go back there and will not recommended them to anyone. I have had 5 open heart surgeries and been in and out of the hospital all of my life so when the nurse condescendingly told me I would have to tolerate a little pain....that was it. Never again.

your people did not do a good job. They put on paper things that they did no do , ! they said they talked to me about smoking, and I HAVE NOT SMOKED SINICE1972. 2.THEY SAID THE MEASURED MY LEGS AND THE NEVER DID THAT. 3. THEY SAID THEY TALKED TO ME ABOUT THE TREATMENT . 4. AND ABUT THE COST . Overall the report was full of lies and just left me with a feeling that they could not be trusted to do any type of treatment
