Phone calls about treatment not returned. It's part of the standard of good care is assisting the patient in a follow up. No complaint about initial treatment and follow up care. I get emails about a prescription I know nothing about. I call the main office and the say the relay a call to the local office , the local never returns the call

When i was there the dr saw me for a few minutes and then left to see another patient- he was very attentive to me. He told me that the machine (for my legs) might or might work. Then I was told that I was getting for nothing- that never happened.

The person that performed the ultrasound and the doctor that reviewed the results did not detect the multiple blood clots in my left lower leg although subsequently, another organization, using a professional ultrasound technician, found multiple blood clots.

I liked the nurses and Dr Stewart; very friendly office. But the procedures didn’t do what’s promised. I’ve waited over 9 months, which is plenty of time, but the dark lines have not gone away. The spider veins are still very visible. Spending thousands and thousands of $$$, and MANY appts, I definitely expect it to work really good. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend this type of procedure. Had very good results at Brinton Lake, PA years ago- I guess I’ll have to drive all the way up again

What if there is a problem? Dr. Akins was GREAT, the staff was GREAT. I had some questions before the procedure and after 3 calls, each time telling them I had concerns before the procedure, and nothing....when they called the day before my procedure to remind me i said i am not coming if I can't even get a phone call to address concerns. Amazingly I then get a return call saying none of my previous messages were relayed. What if after the procedure I had a problem, if I can't get in touch with the office to asked simple questions...how can i trust you to be there if i run into trouble. I will have to find someone who cares more about their patients and patient care. There is a breakdown in communication UPDATE: after the review they ask me to contact someone with the center....I did...with a long email and guess what NO RESPONSE!!! Just as i suspected

I ordered a pair of compression stockings with a closed toe and after wearing them for a couple of days I experienced a lot of pain in my toes. I also ordered open toes and they have worked out fine. I tried to return them but was told that the particular style did not come in open toe. I was told since I had tried them I did not need to return them but would be credited to my account. I have tried to repeatedly call the office and have been bounced back and forth between the Center and MediUSA as to who I need to talk to. I have yet to be able to find out if the my account has been credited. I am dissatisfied with the consumer service that I have received. The info stated that there was a no hassle return policy on the stockings, but it has been nothing but a hassle to resolve this

I thought it was a free consultation, but was charged a co-pay. The doctor was not present in the office, it was a video visit. I was not told exactly what would be happening, what the procedure was, what would happen during my visit. My legs were not examined physically first, where they could see the veins were not varicose,but used the expensive tech first. At the end I was told that my veins showed because my skin was thinning as I age, and that I needed to lose weight. Feel like it was a scam.
