I went to Center for Vien Restoration at 8316 Arlington Blvd. I didn't collect the pills that they recommended but they still charged me extra $50. I called back asking to take this amount off the bill but instead I received a debt collector's note for even higher amount than the original statement. This place has the worst management.

The procedure was very painful. When i informed the dr my leg was not numb, he ignored me.

I cannot get to the front desk. I have called 5 times the last 2 weeks for help and either the answering service cannot locate anyone in the office or they leave a message. No call back

Very impressed with Dr. Moore. Disappointed in the front office, demeanor, communication and what appeared to be a lack of respect for Dr. Moore. Cancelled my procedure.

Your Company Billed me 5 times more Over the Estimate! I am constantly on the phone with billing department, doctors office, etc. Nothing is clear. My insurance company, Golden Rule, wanted me to know that your company never gave them a call! I submitted my insurance card in the doctors office. It’s a surprise that billing department doesn’t have a Repriced amount on their records. Billing department advised me to talk to doctors office if I have a question about the estimate and final charge on my procedure. Doctors office responds that they don’t know anything about anything and advise me to talk to billing department. Very frustrating! Irina Hicks

I have called 3 times to ask to talk with nurse. They promise to call me back. I have been nothing but kind , just needing to know my options since both places that Dr Laura referred me to have not been able to help with my situation! Very frustrating

My Doctor referred me to them due to swelling in my left leg and a little in my right leg. The first thing they do is push compression socks on you. I do not wear compression socks and I am not about to start either. I went to get my legs fixed not have a freaking bandaid put on them. I was told by a friend that all they will do is say buy compression socks and thats exactly what happened. My BP was through the roof because of the fact I was angry that this was exactly what they were going to suggest. Can't fix the leg but I can spend a shiton of money on these socks that I will never wear. I called my Insurance company on the way home to say if theres a copay on those socks that I refuse to pay it. I am not paying for something I am never gonna wear. I want my leg fixed not bandaided. The staff was fine and friendly but all because of these damn compression socks and the fact they can't do anything to fix my legs, I feel this visit was a complete waste of my time and cost me a day of work. **Edit** After the complaints to them (good luck getting ahold of anyone) and the BBB, they refunded my insurance co-pay. Now I get a bill saying I owe them $15 because I didn't pay my co-pay. I paid my co-pay the day of the visit and have the receipt to prove it. This sham outfit should be avoided like the plague.

Avoid this place if you care about your body and expect honest, professional medical care. I underwent a spider vein removal procedure at Center for Vein Restoration, where they used a laser treatment involving a staining agent — something they never disclosed to me beforehand. That agent left three large, dark stains on my right leg that have not faded even after a year. The appearance is so severe that I feel uncomfortable wearing anything that shows my leg. This has significantly impacted my confidence and emotional well-being. When I returned to show them the outcome and seek help, they showed zero accountability. Their response was cold and dismissive — they told me to go see a skincare specialist and offered no acknowledgment of the harm they caused. They’ve refused to take any responsibility or offer any support for fixing the damage their treatment caused. This is unacceptable and unethical. Patients should be informed about potential side effects, especially ones that are permanent or disfiguring. I am now filing formal complaints with the state medical board and consumer protection agencies to make sure no one else goes through this. If you’re considering treatment here — be warned: once something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
