The front desk was welcoming. The nurse was well informed, and I was made to feel comfortable. Dr. Jump explained the process and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I had. There was some pain involved with the process, but I was told when any injection was coming so I could prepare for it. Overall, the experience was a really good one.
