The whole experience was very informative to me. Everything was explained to me very well in terms that I could fully understand.

From the time you walk in you are greeted with a smile and hello. They have coffee in the lobby if you like some. It is clean friendly. The staff is all around helpful and very nice.

The entire staff from beginning to end treated me with great respect. They were all very polite, professional and pleasant. I never had to wait to be taken care of they were wonderful the whole time they were taking care of me. I really enjoyed the whole staff.
