Loved the work. Had a lot of trouble with appointments and places being swithched on me.

i visited the center in Hagerstown and was pleased with the service I received. I liked the way Dr. Le explained everything clearly prior to procedure. Karen was my Sclerotheropist, and she was very thorough and friendly. Always kept me informed. I would recommend this center to my friends and family. My only complaint was the annoying number of appointment reminders. It seemed that even after I confirmed my appointment I continued to receive notices.

Doctor and staff are top-notch. Would give 5 stars but I have been unable to access the portal even after multiple attempts and office assistance. But excluding that … I am very very pleased with results and service.

While the process of vein care was often painful and annoying, the staff and medical professionals here were always on-target and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Not all of them have the best bedside manner, though.

The staff is great. They answered my questions, and clarified unfamiliar information.

The experience there was great. Dr. Duc Le and his staff were very friendly and attentive to my physical condition. I am better physically from the experience.
