I have to say the Doctor the staff the office in all was a 5 star experience they are knowledgeable friendly and professional. The office was clean and comfortable..If there is 1 issue it would be the central call center/answering service ,the communication at times was a little lacking and timely but again the Hamilton office were so good I still give 5 stars

My 94 year old mother has had multiple procedures with Dr Harris. We have been very pleased with the outcome every time. Dr Harris and all of the staff in Glastonbury, Cromwell, and Middletown are very kind and compassionate. My mother was treated with the greatest respect, and I truely appreciated this. We feel so grateful to have found Dr Harris and cannot thank him enough for improving the quality of my mother’s life.

Professional and friendly staff

The office staff and the dr were all pleasant and kind. They told me about what would happen if I choose the procedure. Everything was explained and I received information to read. The nurse was not able to be in the office but she was able to zoom into the meeting. I thought that was great.
