It was very easy to make the appointment. After entering the location in Reston I was welcomed friendly and immediately helped. The appointment was right on time. The lady who did the procedure was very gentle, explained me some things and was very sufficient in her way to to the procedure. No wait time to see the doctor afterwards. The doctor was nice as well and gave me plenty of explanations and options.

The professionalism and compassion of the staff made my experience great!!! I received a level of sensitivity concerning my condition, that I had not experienced from other places. The staff reassured me that they would take great care of me and they have superseded my expectations. Even though my procedures are still in progress, I can already feel relief from pain and heaviness.

I learned so much on my first visit. I always thought surgery was the only way to help varicose veins. The staff was very informative, and the Doctor explained everything thoroughly. It was also nice to come home with highlighted pamphlets explaining my procedures to come.

She even let me call my Husband so that he could hear everything.She answered all of our questions & was very attentive. The Doctor was also nice. And suggested another option.
