My last appt I checked in, 15 min past appt time I wrnt & inquired status. Apparrently, .y appt for scan was overlooked & dr had already gone in for a lengthy procedure. The gave option to wait an hour or they can complete scan on last appt. I chose the later.

I was rather disappointed with the specialist’s decision. The decision I was giving didn’t seem to have anything to do with the swelling of my legs and my feet. I do not know how an orthopedic doctor would be able to correct that issue but I am now searching for one to possibly give me their recommendations and decisions. The first vein specialist I saw should have had more faith in himself. He explained things in much more detail which I understood better. The specialist he recommended, I felt that they seem rather stand offish.

The staff and Michelle Tran are fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. The scheduling system is a mess however. I continue to receive daily calls to make an initial appointment more than a month after I saw Dr. Tran and have scheduled two follow ups. This web page thinks I last interacted last week, two weeks after my last interaction.

Liked Doctor but they have not followed up With my problem I still have it and no one has called yet to schedule what else to do someone called I called back and they said they were looking into it guess I will find someone after Christmas just have to live with it no one seems to care?????

The nurse said she was putting my results with results in my folder after she showed me the notes from my visit.. She didn't. I called, and the receptionist refused to email them to me. She said she only wanted to give them to a dr. She would only send them to my dr, which she did not. The doctor was helpful and provided the information I needed for my next consult, but I am not happy that I paid a lot for this appointment, and I don't have my results of the vein scan. The doctor and technician were very nice. If I went back, I would make sure I had all of my results in hand before leaving.

Everyone is nice and friendly

The office visit was excellent. However A problem developed on ordering the socks online.!The measurement was fine but the socks were way too small. The socks were $60 and it has taken a month to get a refund which has still not arrived despite numerous calls to the vendor. There must be a better process for the patients. Finally I was able to obtain comparable socks at a local store for $21..

People working there were great. However never got a good read on what the tests showed. No detail, no real explanation of the prognosis. We were showed a wrap for the leg but when I went to pick up the order there were 20 pieces with no explanation how to use them. So far they are not usable or functional at all. Will be returning them back to the clinic.
